This was 5 years in the making. Greenspan's has had Pendleton woolen mills make the legendary Cascade Shirt, exclusively for Greenspan's. This Cascade model has the "Old School" touches of having nylon lining on the back of the shirt, instead of the yuppie friendly recent polyester/cotton one. Also "mother of pearl" button, like they used to use, instead on the "dull" one presently used. A more relaxed fit like the size specifications of board shirts had before 2009, before the pocket size was reduced. So larger pockets than the present 2012 board shirts. Also matching pockets are featured on this shirt instead of the plaid going 45 degrees of the shirt plaid. Also these will be DRY CLEAN ONLY! They will not come in washable wool (We recommend you do not wash the "washable wool" board shirts.)Also the forgotten size of "Medium Long" will added to the regular size range. We told our customers 5 years ago we wanted to make it, and it will be arriving in store in March, 2012. Preorders may be place now for March 2012 shipment. This will hopefully be the first of many Greenspan's and Pendleton collaborations in the next few years. Color black with gray.
